Introduction of Bi-lingual Escrow and Title Services at The Talon Group in Washington State.

           My name is Alan Lee (李增光). I’m the International Division Manager at The Talon Group (A Division of the First American Title Insurance) that  provides escrow and title Services throughout the Puget Sound area in Seattle Washington.  Our parent company also established First Title (Beijing) Real Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd., in May 2007. As a Chinese heritage; I’m proud to observe such renowned escrow/title enterprise leading the reality industry in mainland China.

 At The Talon Group, we primarily focus on the continuously blooming emerging market. I pilot a team of licensed bi-lingual escrow and title professionals whom are accustomed to the unique Asian culture.  Thus we provide title and escrow closing services in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean and Spanish. We constantly associate with bankers, mortgage officers, real estate brokers and foreign investors/developers.
