Refi Escrow Fee Break Down:

If there is a second mortgage with a first mortgage:

2nd Mortgage Escrow Fee with tax: $150 + Tax

Delivery charges: $40.00 + Tax

2^nd Mortgage Recording $ 100.00 

The following charges may or may not be applicable to this transaction: 

·        Stand alone 2^nd loans: $275 without payoff; $385 with payoff.

·        Quit Claim Deed and Excise Tax Affidavit: up to $150 plus Tax and $60 county recording fee.

·        Additional Work Fee ---$150 and up, depending on scope of work.

·        Credit Card pay offs -- $10 per payoff.

·        Additional documents preparation fee: up to $75 plus Tax and $50 county recording fee.

·        Refi (> $1Million): $525 plus tax 

·        Subordination recording - $50

Tax rate is 9%
