1.            Provide you with a thorough current market analysis of your home, to ensure that we set the price right in today’s market. 

2.       Suggest and advise you as to any changes, such as maintenance and home presentation issues you might want to make to your property, to make it even more marketable to the buyer and help you get top dollar for your home.

3.            Determine with you, the features that make your home unique and then submit your home to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service with exposure to 14,000+ agents working with many potential buyers.

4.      Develop a list of features and benefits of your home, for cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.

5.      Deliver a copy of the multiple listing for your approval, also a copy of all advertisements.

6.      Create an individual website specifically for your home and promote it to other agents and buyers.

7.      Submit your home to the Nationally recognized John L. Scott website, www.johnlscott.com, with over 50 million hits per month.
