Biography

Alan Lee was born in Hong Kong. He received his Bachelor of Art degree in Business Administration from the Baptist University in Hong Kong in 1986.  He immigrated to Seattle in 1992 to pursue a Diploma of Principal of Banking at the American Institute of Banking. In year 1991, Alan became the International Banking and Corporate Service Officer at the U.S. Bank in Seattle. He managed business portfolio of corporate and commercial customers including Pacific Northwest Corporation of $30 million depository. Alan’s unique banking experience provided a solid background for his soon blooming career in the commercial world. In year 2002; Alan stepped up and became the Asian International Branch Manager at Ticor Title and Escrow Company. He pioneered the first Asian International Branch in the Title and Escrow market in the Puget Sound area.

Currently, Alan is the International Division Manager at The Talon Group Escrow and Title Company in Bellevue Washington. Under his direct supervision; his team of multi-lingual escrow and title officers remain the top notch closing agent among the closing industry. Alan constantly maintains a substantial profitable sales volume within the company. In the past 7 years; Alan has been actively involved in the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber (formerly Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce). He served as the board of director for the business luncheon committee. Alan frequently participated at local and community networking and annual event. Alan speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.

Alan is a Table Tennis enthusiast. Besides being an avid Table tennis player, he also coach young children table tennis training. He is a current member of the USATT. Alan participates in local and statewide Table Tennis Tournament. He has won many trophies in the past years.

Alan resides in Newcastle Washington with wife Janie, daughter Joanna and their dog.
